The FBO is located on the Northeast side of the airport, just west of the approach end of runway 22. The Avgas Self Serve pump is just east of the main FBO terminal. Runway 4/22, at 5,000’X150’, is the preferred ‘calm wind’ noise abatement runway; however the pavement condition is poor. Runway 13/31, at 4,999’X150’, was resurfaced in 2006 and is in good condition. There are multiple GPS approaches available to the airport as well. While our FBO has some facility fees for larger aircraft without a minimum fuel purchase, there are no airport imposed landing fees at our field. CTAF frequency is 122.725 and the FBO ASRI frequency is 131.3. There are no commercial flights in or out of VNC which makes GA flying that much easier and more enjoyable here. We’re less than a half mile from the beach, multiple restaurants including one in the FBO, and terrific shopping in downtown Venice, there is plenty to do on your next trip to see us.
